"Gaps in staff knowledge led to long delays, but otherwise a good service"

There was quite a bit of delay in getting my mailbox set up, due to technical problems on iPostal1's end. I think it's a bit of a crapshoot as far as getting the right support staffer to help you get your problem solved. I would have appreciated the less experienced staff members escalating my case or referring me to the relevant department instead of making empty assurances, which required me to make repeated service requests/calls when the solution was not successful on their end. Once I did finally land on the right support tech (after weeks of incorrect instructions and back and forth between Staples and iPostal1), the problem was solved quickly during the call. Everything else about the service seems legitimate and straightforward, I just wish I had been lucky enough to find that tech the first time I contacted support.

I postal 1 the worst ever. No customer service, just the partner business owner who knows nothing about your virtual boxes. I read the instructions for uploading my nortorized USPS form 1583 with credentials. It was denied because I didn't purchase their notary services for $19.99 of the US Postal form 1583. However, I was given an option to upload my own completed USPS form 1583, it was denied. The company took my money for the monthly and never attempted to fix the problem of not accepting my 1583 USPS. In the meantime 3 weeks later still no one contacted me. I have been to the Box It store twice no replies, this time the partner who owns Box it told me my virtual boxes no longer exist. I would like my money back for no service at all. please refund their money ...if you don't contact your paying customers.
