Mail does not show up on app. Customer service is impossible to reach in a reasonable length of time. I have only had the service for a few weeks, hopefully it will improve. The staff at Staples, where the boxes are located, have been my only source of help and they have been very patient and informative.

oh my god this was awful.
I had a package shipped to my post box that never showed up in my postbox online. I had to track the package and find out that iPostal1 does not work weekends, and my package was delivered on a Saturday, so my package was just sitting there never logged. I finally called the location and told them to log it into my account. Then when trying to forward my package I was unable to do it online. I asked iPostal1 customer service who told me to call the location, I called the location, and they told me I had to ask iPostal1 because there was nothing they can do. After three days of trying to reach customer service I finally got through to someone who reset my account and I was able to forward my package. Keep in mind this is my very first package that I had delivered to my account. I don't understand the reason of getting a post box if they are not going to record or notify you of your packages or forward them.
