Initially they messed with paperwork and I had to waste a huge part of my time to deal with this. Issue was solved.
Then, without my approval even despite I stated that I do not want my mail to be re-sent anywhere, they, guess what? yes, resent my mail to some address and even charged for these. By doing this they probably lost my mail. Issue is still not resolved - their support team is almost impossible to reach.
Service is very poor and all the time requires your attention to deal with their incompetency and poor processes. Thought you would prefer it just to be doing its job and not stealing your time, attention and money.

Shavonna was very nice and seemed to know what she was doing. No problem with her. But this service, overall, is not working well for me. I don't believe I'm getting all my mail and an item I requested to be scanned, shows that it was scanned, but there is no link to look at it. I have 2 open tickets now.
