Fast account set up, easy to understand the rules and processes. Notary process was very easy and convenient and was far easier to complete than doing so in person. The only negative comment I have is about the requirement to schedule a pickup. I do not agree with this, as it makes no sense when instead I could just pop by the location to pick up mail.

Seems to be a more complicated process that anticipated. If I had to do it over again I would not choose this. I’ll suffer through the process but WAY too many emails and hoops to jump through for something that appeared so simple on the surface. Would not recommend this service.

So money hungry. Sent me a fake urgency email to file some form, which their sales funnel leads you down to charge you $99 to submit this form, when it's completely free to submit yourself. Also they just nickel and dime every month in their standard service.
