The Laredo office is not responding regarding my form. The support person was able to assist in escalating my request. Although they couldn’t even get in touch with the Laredo office, they assured me they would assist and cover the cost of resolving my issue. Great support service. The only downside is the service chat takes a while to get with an agent.
