"I had a package shipped to my mail box…"

I had a package shipped to my mail box from Amazon. I originally tried to have it sent to a locker or pickup counter but because of the battery this was not a choice. Anyway, the package was delivered early and I went to my box location and picked it up. The employees were super helpful and quit friendly. I haven't received any paper type mail to be scanned and sent but I have full faith that it will run smoothly.

"Lacking support"

The last time I picked up my mail it took longer than it should have. I also noticed I had more mail than Ipostal notified me about. A couple days later I receive an email saying one piece of mail is over due for pickup and how I'll be charged. Turns out they didn't update the mail had been picked up in the app. I reached out to ipostal via chat and staples on the phone. I held on to speak to someone for over 30 mins. I was not able to speak with anyone from either company. I called ipostal, held on for a few minutes and was sent to a voicemail. This is my second year with ipostal.
