"Customer Service does not exist "

It took 2 months to get customer service to respond to issues setting the service up - meanwhile our mail was being returned to sender. Phone number does not connect to a real person, it only offers audio clips of information found on the website. There is absolutely no way to reach anyone if you have a problem. Absolute disgrace..
