I bought some Italian skincare while in Florence and loved it but they wouldn’t ship to the US. I opened a mailbox in Italy, shipped my products there and they forwarded them to me. And it only took about a little over a week from ordering until I received the products.
Customer service is super friendly and helpful as you need some paperwork completed (and notarized) as part of the initial process.
