Simple to deal with. Had to wait for a couple of weeks for the bike but all in all good experience. Great range of machines to choose from as well. Always worth a look

Test ride would have been nice - but apparently no company insurance for this!
Minus point - pannier manuals in sales pack but no mention of any panniers by sales executive

When I got to speak to people at Ritebike, everyone was very helpful. The online portal and email etc didn't work properly/didn't provide accurate/timely information. It was also confusing to be getting calls from Superbike Factory!
