"Terrible customer service"
I received a so clean 3 as a gift. It did not come with the necessary adapter for my CPAP machine, so I called the company to try and get the correct adapter. I was informed that they do not make an adapter for my machine, so I asked to return it.
They sent me a return label and instructions. I sent the machine back FedEX and waited. It is now 15 days since I sent it back, with no word of a refund. I have called 4 times with a 3 hour wait on hold, only to get a representative that each time has denied that they have received the machine. After providing them with the tracking number that shows it was delivered 2 weeks ago, they backtrack and say that it can take 4-7 days to process a refund. The customer service by this company is absolutely terrible.

"The product works as promised, but no rebate"
The product works as promised. Cannot say the same for their rebate offers. Sent in all of the required paperwork by the deadline for submission. Waited 5 months, nothing. Followed up with an email inquiry, again nothing. So, if you don't mind paying full price despite any rebate offers, go ahead and order this product.

"I was going to Order one of the SoClean…"
I was going to Order one of the SoClean units so I asked for info online. Starting the day I gave them my info my email even text messages are flooded with there adds. I unsubscribed countless times. Now I photo all messages so when the class action lawsuit comes I have proof. They won’t stop messaging me. I bought a Leel machine because I was not giving them my business after that. It works great and 1/3 of price. Could have had me and I’m sure many others if you just stoped harassing. Andi aellis

"Have now owned 2 SoCleans over the years"
Let me start by saying I have now owned 2 of their machines. Life span appears to be about 2 years or so.
My review today involves customer service and perhaps I am being picky and expecting too much.
About a month ago my machine starting making gurgling sounds, now I should have called support right away but it seemed to still be cleaning ok.
After a month of this it was clear to me the machine was not cleaning as well as before so day before yesterday I called customer support, explained what was happening and they gave me some things to try, none of them worked and I was able to determine the problem was not the mask or the hose but the SoClean machine.
So yesterday I called customer support again, explained the problem and the lady, who was quite nice, said it looks like the warranty of your machine expired about 30 days ago so I am so sorry the best we can do is to offer you a new machine at a discounted price. Perhaps I should have snapped that up but it just did not sit well with me. I guess I felt that having purchased two machines and knowing I'd been a staunch supporter and never failed to recommend their machine to others, that I deserved a little better than that. I always feel loyalty should be rewarded. Maybe that was an unrealistic expectation. Had I been out of warranty for six months I would not have quibbled a bit.
All that being said, I did not take them up on the offer but purchased a different product that seems to offer some advantages over the SoClean. I was honestly unaware there were so many options out there.
I guess if there is a moral of the story to SoClean it would be that you lost a lifetime customer over a warranty that expired only a month ago.

"Recall of CPAP"
Recall of CPAP: Even though Phillips is proclaiming that ozone cleaning is responsible for the break down in the foam in their cpap machines, a call to So Clean indicates they accept no responsibility for the breakdown. Customers are left with a $250 machine that their doctor and Phillips says to discontinue use of.

"I have been using the so clean for…6 months"
I have been using the so clean for about 6 months now and I now find out they are not FDA approved - how does that happen?
I noticed a nasty odor when I would turn my cpap on after using the so clean! I'd rinse out my mask, reservoir and hose thinking that was the problem so now I am back to cleaning my unit and supplies daily to prevent the odor. I want my money back!
