I did a lot of research to find the best Massage Chair. I found it in the Lauraco i9 Custom Medical Massage Chair. Then I looked at as many retailers I could and picked "The Modern Back", in Boynton Beach, FL. I got the best price there. Customer Service was excellent. I was told I wouldn't receive my chair until early February. I purchased in November, 2021. I received the chair on February, 8th. I could not be more satisfied how this purchase went. I watched every video I could find on the Lauraco i9 chair and many other high-end Massage Chairs. It took a couple of months to research as many Massage chairs as possible. I am certain I made the right purchase. I have had the chair for three days now. WOW, what a massage chair.
