This is my 2nd cover. The first I incorrectly ordered a way to small cover. The 2nd one we cut to fit perfectly.
Lesson learned. Measure twice before ordering. I highly recommend this company & pool cover.

I ordered a discharge(backwash) hose for the pool pump and it developed a hole with the first use.

Was terrible. I ordered stairs for my pool late in the evening and called early the next morning to cancel the order because they couldn’t answer my questions about the stairs. The order was not processed but I was told I could not cancel the order once it was placed. Then I was told I had to accept the order and send it back myself and pay for the shipping. I spoke with two people and one was a supervisor. I was appalled at the customer service the two women I spoke with were not even nice. Needless to say I will not be ordering anything except maybe pool chemicals and only if I have too.

Deceptive advertising on products that are eligible for promo codes. In fact, items that are on sale are not eligible for the promo but, this is not stated anywhere within the website. Furthermore, the order page states that you are eligible for the $10 promo. When you contact customer service they are not very helpful and try to place the blame onto the customer for not knowing this deceptive sales practice?????

In the Swim is a great place to get supplies. I ordered different things and they came in different boxes, it would be nice if a order form was included in the box to let a person know if things were back ordered. Even though I purchased online and it didn't say it was. I had to call the company to find my order, but that experience was great too. Very friendly, and helpful. Thank you
