"Extremely Disappointing Experience with Spinny Kohinoor Mall, Dadar Hub"
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the experience I had while purchasing a car from the Spinny Hub at Kohinoor Mall, Dadar. I had high expectations based on Spinny’s reputation, but the actual experience was far from satisfactory. Below are the key issues I encountered:
Change in Attitude After Opting for Full Payment: Before the purchase, I was receiving prompt updates and follow-ups. However, once I declined the option of financing the car and chose to pay the full amount upfront, the delivery executive’s behavior changed noticeably. The shift in attitude was quite unprofessional and disappointing.
Unwillingness to Accommodate My Delivery Date: Even though I was paying the full amount in advance, Spinny refused to deliver the car on the date I requested. Instead, I was met with excuses that the car couldn’t be held for me even after full payment, which seemed unreasonable.
Delayed Delivery on Muhurta: I reluctantly agreed to the delivery date Spinny forced upon me but requested a specific time for the delivery as it was an auspicious occasion (Muhurta). Despite confirming the time, Spinny failed to honor it, making me wait over 3 hours past the agreed time. Worse still, the delivery took place in a foul-smelling basement parking lot, which was a terrible experience for such an important moment.
Poor Communication for Insurance Payment: I had to follow up with the finance team for two days regarding the insurance quote and payment. This was in stark contrast to the car payment process, where I received numerous messages daily urging me to complete the payment quickly.
Unprofessional Behavior from Branch Head: There were a few issues with the car that I reported to the Spinny RM prior to delivery. When I asked for a written confirmation that these issues would be resolved post-delivery, the branch head rudely responded, “If you don’t trust our verbal commitment, don’t purchase the car from us.” This kind of arrogance and dismissiveness is completely unacceptable in customer service.
Post-Delivery Lack of Support: After the delivery, the salesperson (Spinny RM) started avoiding my calls and would often reply late, or not at all, to my messages—contrary to the quick responses I received prior to the purchase. It was clear that customer care significantly declined after the sale was completed.
Poorly Trained Call Center Staff: The call center team was poorly trained and often unhelpful. They disconnected calls without resolving my queries, showing a lack of regard for customer concerns.
Delayed Post-Delivery Repairs: It took over a week to address the issues with the car after delivery. Even worse, there was no communication from Spinny when my car was ready for pickup. I had to chase down information on where the car was parked and how to retrieve the keys, adding unnecessary frustration to an already bad experience.
In conclusion, my experience purchasing a car from Spinny’s Kohinoor Mall, Dadar hub was overwhelmingly negative. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and overall disregard for customer satisfaction have left a bad impression. I will not be recommending Spinny to anyone and strongly advise against purchasing a car from this location.

"Bad Experience at time of delivery, Payment Not get reflected"
I made payment of 50k for confirmation of booking of Car purchase, by spinney app, It get stacked for 7days. Do not pay by Spinney app. Actual payment done there app has issues. Service person is also not good. Check car before booking, I got damaged Car. After delivery i complaint, they said you have to check it before delivery. So be careful.

"My old Hundai i10 year 2014 Given worst rate "
First his company website given me my old i10 car Rs 240000. Then after inspect my car his excutive and company given Rs 110000 price. Also his telecaller not know anything. After inspection daily call for inspection. So I advice you all do not given yours no to this company. This is my experience This company is totaly Untrusted, Unrealiable and Unfaithful.

Spinny is a big CHEATER, making promises, not fulfilling them. It is all a pack of lies - all you get from them is a phone call from the Customer Care, false assurances that we will look into it and get back, but nobody gets back. Beware, don't sell your vehicles thru Spinny. I have not received my RC transfer papers though it is 16 months since they took the vehicle. I understand, the liability remains mine if there is an accident of the vehicle, BIZARRE, simply KICK THEM OFF. My experience dates back to end of March, 2023, I don't know why I cannot date my experience accordingly.

"My wife sold her car on 6th April'2024 through Spinny"
My wife sold her car on 6th April'2024, the value offered was Rs 2.15 lacs. I initially informed them that I will not be physically available to go to the RTO for transfer of the vehicle, thus they paid Rs 2.0 lacs and withheld Rs 15000/- instead of Rs 10000/- which the normally does. However at the time of transfer they call me and asked me to send a video and also OTP generated by RTO, etc and the car was transferred in the month of June'2024. After that I continuously pursued that to release my balance payment, but delayed. On 25th July, they released only Rs 6000/- without any explanation. Inspite of my repeated request for the reason for deducting Rs 9000/-, they have not responded.
I request all those to avoid selling the car through Spinny or I you have no other way, then ensure that the withheld payment is fully release to you before providing the OTP or signing the final document at the RTO.

Their after sales service is worst and escalation team is just for conveying the message from customer to backend and vice versa.
They have deducted 5k from me as party pesi even though I have completed myself

Sold my car 10 months ago to Spinny, it's still not transferred in the new buyers name, i keep getting e challans and also received lok adalat notice, they are saying their auction team is unable to contact the channel partner who bought the car

I have sold my car on Feb'24 and there was a promised pending amount of Rs.25000/- which I haven't received till date despite multiple follow ups and complaints.This is pathetic customer support response has been pathetic. SUCH A CHEATER@=!
I keep getting a promised date by which I will receive the payment but it keeps shifting and so far no payment has been made.
I am forced to raise a police complaint now!!!
