Prices and postage good too. If you are looking to get stressed out, lose hair and weight I wouldn't go to these people. They just make you sigh with relief and sort everything out speedily! That's how it should be. From this experience I would highly recommend.

I was unsure which was the correct part to replace the broken bottle shelf on my fridge freezer so I sent an email with pictures of the broken part along with the serial number. After a quick reply, the correct part was identified and purchased and fits perfectly. This is the second time I’ve used Spares 2 Repair and they have been brilliant.

I apparently entered my phone number wrong it was missing a digit..your website makes you enter your phone number missing the 0 at the beginning clearly another tactic to make out that the customers are in the wrong and not yourselves. there was no option for me to rearrange delivery as I said to dan g on the live chat. the tracking has still not moved so I feel opening the PayPal claim will get my money refunded alot quicker than leaving it with you would. I still stand by my review below shocking customer service and definitely avoid.

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE- no contact number apparently asked to speak to a manager and was told 'done' but no way of my contacting them just have to believe they will call me which I don't, asked if it would be today and was told 'I don't know'.

i paid for urgent next day delivery and order did not arrive. I asked for the order to be refunded as they could not tell me when the order would be delivered or if it would be (dpd stated they refused the parcel as contact name was not recognised and has no option to amend the delivery date) they have the parcel being returned to themselves but will not issue a refund until it gets back to them even though there is no way it is going to come to myself at any point. I asked if a replacement could be sent urgently but was told it would be another 4 days before it could get to me which is useless when I needed the item urgently yesterday.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering but I was desperate and paid more with this company because they offered urgent next day delivery.

I have resulted in opening a case with PayPal as reading other reviews it seems common practice that they accept returns but do not issue refunds correctly or fully! I will wait for PayPal to refund me as then I will at least be guaranteed my full money back!
