Dealt with Dan at customer service via email with a rather complicated query about a spare part, He went above and beyond to sort out the correct part for us with several emails being exchanged until he was able to sort it out and we have now successfully placed an order for the correct part. We felt that nothing was too much trouble and he was endlessly patient to get the issue resolved. Highly recommended company.
