Ordered a part, which transpired to not be required. Despite being in the unopened packaging from Spares2repairs they refused my request to return and refund quoting their 14 day returns policy. Clearly not a company to use it there is any chance that the part will not be used within 14 days, irrespective of the reason. Poor, short sighted customer service in my opinion.

As soon as I contacted Spares 2 Repair within minute
they brought up what I needed for my Fridge Freezer. Same code and exactly what I needed for my 2 year old Fridge. I had been looking for days on different
websites with no luck.
No problems with paying for it and it arrived within the time scale advised in perfect condition.
First class service and website, I will be using them
again and have told friends and family about them.
