"Do not order from this company"

Do not order from this company, I placed an order on 11/30/24 and as of 12/12/24 the item has still not shipped. I have emailed their company and they are not responding back to me. This is a very bad business to deal with. I am very disappointed

"Would Buy Again"

A lot of companies do not keep you informed of the process of your order. Shineful definitely does, to the point where it’s overkill, but easy to hit the delete button. The quilt and pillow sham were packed quite well with vacuum packing. Inspection of one of the pillow shams showed that one of them had an area where the backing was not sewn under the binding, and I will have to fix it, but other than that, it looks well made. Future buyers need to be aware that the images (I bought the one with the dachshunds) are printed on the material and are not individually pieced as in a regular quilt. It does not take away from the cuteness of the quilt, though. Overall, I would buy something from them again.

From the moment I ordered my stuff, this company was in complete communication with me through email. I happy with my order and wouldn’t hesitate to place another order. Just seemed like it took a little long to get it, bit it was perfect.

These are terrible and look absolutely NOTHING like pictured. I wish there was a way to attach photos of the product so people could see exactly how misleading the advertised image is. I am so disappointed as I waited weeks for these and intended to gift them but can’t because they are that bad.

I was very impressed with the shipping. It took a little while to receive it but when it arrived the product was amazing and it was packed so carefully. The cup was very protected! Good job with packing such an adorable cup!

"Cheap bookshelf ornament "

Ordered a bookshelf ornament that was shown as a carved bookshelf shaped as a pine tree. It arrived as a cheap plastic Ornament with a photo of a bookshelf glued to the back. Paid 20+ dollars for something worth a dollar or two. I would post pictures so you can see how it was advertised and what it actually looks like but it won’t let me share on the platform. UPDATE: Shineful did respond to my dissatisfaction and promptly issued a refund. I did appreciate their quick communication and response.

"JUNK!!! Do not buy"

I purchased these as gifts thinking that they were beautiful three dimensional ornaments. NOT so! The pictures are pretty, but the ornaments are not as shown in the photos! Such a waste of my time and money!
