I left a 5 star review because I received the item earlier than anticipated being it was Christmas and coming from overseas to Australia.
The gift was important because it was specifically relating to Nursing as my daughter had just completed her Nursing degree.
Shameful continued to let me know where my item was up to in production. They were friendly and very supportive.
The product being a large cup with pictures pertaining to Nursing appears to be of excellent quality.

They have great style and very practical. I enjoyed the Tote and my daughters use the small purse and each have loved the compliments they have received. We look forward for 2025 to see your next line of purses.

"This product is not what I expected Very cheaply made and not the correct size at all"

This product is not what I expected. It is very cheaply made. It is not even coverage for this size bed and I spent a lot of money on this when I could have found something at a department store for my mom. I’m very very disappointed in this product. I can’t possibly send it back. It took so long to get here to start with, but I will not be ordering from this company again. I usually don’t leave reviews but you keep sending me emails and I finally opened the package because I was going to take it and put it on her bed. I just returned from vacation last night And just was able to open it.

"Shipping was excessive"

Shipping was excessive. The product itself is outstanding, but was supposed to fit 8x16' garage door, but was 30" too wide. Had to go to seamstress and cut 15" off either side to center the Santa and his sleigh and reindeer.

Did not receive any instructions, velcro was insufficient at best. It was as if someone just thru a handful in a bag and was more female than male making it useless. Had to go to the store and purchase a roll of 1.5" velcro. Would like to receive at lease 12 pair of the correct velcro. !!!!!!!!!!!
