"Loooooong Delivery time. Shipped from China"

OK start off with the good...I ordered the nurses drink mugs for my 2 nursing major daughters for Christmas. The quality seems very good.
Now the bad...I ordered these on Black Friday (11/28/24). Be full warned their products come from China. I did not receive them till 12/27/24 a full month later and 2 days late for a present to be opened on Christmas. Their communication on what the status was good but the long delivery time was not. They do offer expediate processing but at the time I did not know the products were coming from China, my bad. I thought they were coming from the Colorado.

So just be very prepared delivery time wise if you order something from them.

Terrible quality. Did not even get to use the garage door cover. The grommet came loose from the flimsy fabric as were hanging. Company will not refund money. I’ll never buy anything of their cheep products again

I love the quality of my special tumbler with the “Yorkies” on it! They are soooo cute! I bought the cup for myself for Christmas and everyone I showed it to agrees with me on how cute it is.
It was nice to receive the free carrying bag with it too!

I did not receive the front door cover which was to be a part of the order.

How do I get the one I ordered. I will not put this up this year.

Also it came with Velcro but does not have any ties that go thru the grommets for the corners of the garage door!

Product arrived too late to hang. Website was unclear on how many days it would take to get it and on top of that I paid $30 to expedite it.
The worst thing is that I can’t return it. Most garage doors are standard sizes and this item should be returnable, especially because of the price.I will be leaving a negative review on Yelp and every other form of social media I can find….
