"Photo of product is deceiving "

I'm very disappointed that what I received is not what was depicted. I would have never purchased these two cups if they were shown as what I received. I feel deceived by this company and it's description of the puff product. This is not puff as it indicates. The design is cute but not as described.

Update: It is only fair that I update my review because the company was very responsive and helpful with my disappointment. They took the time to explain the description to help me understand. While the photo looks 3D the description is 2D so my expectation from the photo differed from the actual description. They understood how I could expect something different because of the photo and were more than willing to make things right. I can appreciate and respect a company that's willing to see my side of things and work to make it right. And because of my follow up experience I'm changing my rating to a 4 star.

Very disappointed that there were no instructions or the velcro strips were labeled. My son pulled the velcro strips apart and have 6 strips where velcro does not connect so I'll have to go buy new velcro to attach.

In addition after receipt you came out with buy one get one free.

Shipping was on time (although not fast) the packaging was good (waterproof and sturdy) and the contents very very nice. My only complaint, which turned out to baseless, was that the tag on the blanket was difficult to remove because of the adhesive holding it on.

"Horrible"

Horrible. I ordered my sheet set with a promotional free fleece blanket on 11/18 and they did not send me the fleece blanket and are now arguing with me saying the promotion started after my purchase, however the screen shot I took of the promotion said it was good until 11/25. It also took almost a month to even get my sheets.

Very satisfied with the products. Haven't found any defect with it. Shipping delay was reasonable. Communication and tracking was as expected

A month to deliver the quilt was ridiculous! Tried to cancel order right away but they would do that even though they said the product hadn’t been made yet. The quality is ok. It is a summer quilt at best being very thin. It has a rather big flaw in the print pattern. I don’t recommend purchasing the quilt or from this company.

Not worth the money I paid for this cheaply made bedding set. Very cheaply made item. Looks like something you’d buy at a flea market. Should’ve known better. Never again will I buy from this company.

The items ordered were very cheap quality and looked nothing like the picture in the ad. Will not be ordering from this company again.
Update: The company resolved the issue by providing a refund.
