Always request an update on one of my forms uploaded! Accept them sometimes but other times need to be changed! Very unhappy! Probably will use others sources
because of this! Before it worked very nicely but the last two containers have been a pain!

I submitted on 9-14 for clearnce and did not get it until 9-22 Too many people involved and had to send same documents 2 and 3 times. Most other sites return clearance in 48 hours max!!

We have a shipment of our own personal items coming from Western Australia to Dallas Texas. The shipping company that has been used in Australia has been useless with information regarding taking care of the necessary paperwork for U.S. Customs required this end. And I have been totally clueless as to the proceedures. Clearit has been my saving grace walking me through it step by step as well being so courteous, understanding and helpful. First time importing equipment from overseas. We had completely overlooked the need to get the item cleared by Customs until it had arrived. Clearit made the process super simple and very fast.
The only thing that would have made this better would have been a 10-minute introductory call with someone who could answer our initial questions and help guide us. I mean, ultimately, we ended up with our clearance in under 3 hours, but it still would have made that initial wait far less stressful to be able to speak with someone.

"No customer service just bureaucracy"
Clearit is asking for verification and changes since one week and the ship left this morning. Fortunatly I found another customs broker who helped me quickly. I would give 0 stars for this customer service. 3 days before the ship left I wrote them so many urgent emails and still they bother around with none-sense. Sorry guys, you failed so hard!
