I payed for a website for 6 years never worked. Every time I try to cancel I was transferred to different technicians that were never able to fix it. I cancelled and I want the whole thing gone to start all over I payed for GMB they promise they would send them to me but never did. Every time I call I get different person that seems to not know what they are doing. Definitely stay away from them.

Let me reiterate: the email change was not performed by me. It seems your company has a tendency to deflect responsibility, but I must emphasize that I did not authorize or initiate this change. If you have a recording of the conversation, you will clearly hear that we suggested sending the transfer link to another account because the transfer process wasn’t working—not to change the email associated with the Google Business Profile. This was neither discussed nor was I informed of any potential issues this could cause.
Your response blaming this issue on me is unacceptable, as the problem was not caused by my actions.
To further clarify, after waiting the required seven days, I resumed activity on the Google profile in question. This timeline strongly indicates that the actions leading to this issue were carried out either by a technician or by someone at 411Locals. I cannot accept a vague response that seems intended to justify irresponsible actions that have impacted my business.
I request a prompt and detailed explanation regarding this matter.

Scummy. Keep spamming my business line and keep clicking on my paid ads. I've advised many times to stop calling with the automated spam calls. They keep calling regardless. Shady to the core

I don't even know where to start. All I know is I have paid paid paid. I have advertised with them for over two years. Honestly I think I talk 1 person. They continually call me and try to get me to add more things to my website et cetera. Most of the time when I do get a call and answer they will hang up. When I have complained to them they simply try to explain to me all the calls that they have generated for me.It has even been quite a task to cancel with them of course had to give them more money to hopefully do so. If I had to do it over again I would not use them. Something is just not right.

Scam Cold Callers that call my google paid advertisement number and I get charged for their call. I have transcript of me informing them to stop calling me and they hang up on me after they are the ones spamming me. I will put this on every review site possible to save folks from these scammers.

This is the worst company i advise anybody who wants to be on the internet. To find a different company 411 locals will let you down. They don't answer their phones. And when they do, you're talking to somebody that barely speaks english. You can hear chickens in the background very unprofessional, furthermore. This company does not stand up to their word and they will trash your company. And you will have nowhere to stand. I highly recommend using a more reputable company, 411 locals.
Well, do nothing for you. They cost me over a $140000 in clientele.

"TOTAL SCAM! BEWARE!"
Do NOT trust this company! They are nothing but thieves who only care about stealing your money. They promised us a professional website but delivered a disaster—never asked for any details or photos of what we wanted. On top of that, they cloned our Google page, and now we’re fighting to get it back. Complete nightmare!
What’s even worse is how they treat their customers. We communicated in Spanish from day one, while they were trying to convince us … until they got our money. After that? Not a single call in Spanish. They blatantly ignored us, hung up on me and my partners multiple times, and refused to cancel the service. We tried to avoid paying for this mess, but they outright lied—told us the first month would be free, then demanded payment for their awful service.
This company is the definition of scam and unprofessional and I don’t really understand how they are still in business. Save yourself the stress, time, and money and STAY FAR AWAY. Dealing with them is like getting trapped in an endless fight with zero resolution, it’s been 3 months and I’m still getting calls from them. Avoid at all costs!
