"Started Bad, ended worse."
Signed up despite the bad reviews and lack of concrete answers to my initial questions. Decided to take a gamble for the relatively low cost of the service. The onboarding process started out bad and got worse. During the sales process calls were made and answered in a very timely manner, once they had my money my time no longer mattered. I had a scheduled call that never occurred even though i blocked hours out of my work schedule to speak with them...I also received strange texts and emails out of context which was never explained.. Cancelling was a nightmare, transferred multiple times,call dropped multiple times, they read a script to retain me as a customer, refused to cancel, then charged more than the initial start up fee even though they said they would not. I have also been called several times since cancelling, some callers didnt know i had cancelled and were trying to proceed with the service, others inquiring why i cancelled which i had to explain to several people over almost 2 hours previously. I will find a more reputable company with better customer service and respect for customers time.

dh cold called me acting sketchy just felt a little strange. Looked up reviews and told him i saw bad reviews about the services and he started interupting me and wouldnt let me talk and I told him i was trying to leave. I knew it seemed sketchy when he said he was gonna visit his gradnmother who passed away. If that is true im sorry for you but thats not something you say to someone on a cold call. Just seemed to try to make me feel bad to buy these services/

lies. alllllll lies when they sold us. man, wish i had come here before i signed up. lied to us saying we could get in and edit the website - cant do that... and THEY TOOK MY GOOGLE PAGE OVER. i have 0 access to my own analytics, i cant do squat with out calling and begging for 90 mins and 7 transfers to get things done! now, im stuck bc another lie - they claimed i would own my domain and if i wanted to transfer it to another service i could - LIES! STAY FAR AWAY FROM 411 LOCALS!!!!

"This company is 100% unethical"
This company is 100% unethical, they will put you through the ringer to cancel their services, completely upcharge you at the end to cancel, make you sit through multiple 20-30 minute phone calls just to speak to a "supervisor", tell you services will be done in 24-72 hours (NEVER HAPPENS), use a cheap template for the website, make it almost IMPOSSIBLE to cancel!!! Finally they shut down the face of the website WEEKS after we paid $180+ to cancel. The website is still up, but just says "This website is down" on the homepage. They continue to answer calls as my business under their now-fraudulent, impersonation of my business. I have sent email, upon email, requesting that all information that the created be removed. The google listing, the website, all external directories, anything that they had a hand in be removed. Weeks after weeks they still respond back with "We are looking into the situation". I am forced to explain this situation on BBB to warn and hopefully save someone from running into the same situation as we did.
They are continuing to impersonate my business and have not made any efforts to remove the listing which is an awful representation of our company.
Please do not be tricked into the low pricing advertisement as an easy means to start your business, in the end, it will demotivate you and want you to quit before you ever got started. You will be passed around a call center for hours on end always waiting to "talk to the supervisor", then you will be told to wait for 72 hours while NOTHING HAPPENS!!!!
The pictures provided don't even begin to scrape the surface on the amount of time you will spend talking to them trying to cancel the services that they provided.

"Lady ended call on me while I was talking"
I got a call from a lady from 411 local. She offered to give me a promotion, I decline the promotion cause I don’t get calls. She tried to offer it again, I said I’m good because I have better companies to work with for more calls and better price. While I was talking she just ended the call on me while I was talking. This is bad manners when you’re trying to work with someone. Inappropriate manners! DONT RECOMMEND!!!

How is it possible this company is still in business.
I guess there is plenty of people who like me don’t research a company’s credibility. I wish I knew of a way to publish all these bad reviews
About 411 locals on google. They promise a clear, Accurate,and user friendly website. No way , just a random created website . Wrong geographic area, wrong services , wrong content and it’s repetitive. don’t presume you will receive a refund. When , you will cancel and they will hound you to rejoin . I know , I did , nothing changes. Just more time and money . These reviews need to be seen to void more customers enduring the loss of time and money.
The employees should audio record or write on paper what the customer wants and needs are.
