Absolutely the worst mistake I ever made. Not only did they put the wrong phone number on my website I paid them to create but they will not remove it and add the actual company number. This has led to the removal of my company Google page and also yelp. It's costing me a ton of money and now I'm about to pay a lawyer to sue for damages. Do not waste your money with these crooks

This company is a HUGE advertising SCAM!! they take your money and make a chincy ad and they don't even advertise or have access to advertise on Google!!They put some random number that isn't even yours so they can" screen the calls ", its all so shady , I kept telling the guy that i want my money back and he kept promising everything will be ok and he didnt listen ! I did NOT recieve any calls or customers !!For $400 a month , NOT even one call , nothing , My friends and I COUULD NOT find my ad anywhere on the internet!!! They will lie and scam to keep your money after you dispute it !! I am so mad that these criminals are scamming us out of our hard earned money and getting away with it!! They need to be stopped !!!

Ps .in response to their reply , I tried to talk to the guy on my case and message him my concerns to cancel and get a refund and he dismissed my concerns , they think their reply acting like they want to help is fake and an act , they are all about taking your hard earned money , they never advertised for me, anyone can create a fake ad and pretend, the proof is NOT one call or message, and when we looked up salons near me , my name was nowhere to be found !!

no soy una persona de andar haciendo opiniones, en cuanto a esta empresa me dejo decepcionado con sus servicios en total les di como 233 dólares por un servicio pésimo, creanme amigos míos no contraten esta gente,les cuento brevemente mi experiencia con esta empresa 411 locals, cuando me llamaron me bajaron el cielo y las estrellas que me darían buena publicidad para mi negocio, lo peor esque me dijeron que mi pagina web ya estaba hecha pues yo solo la compartía pensando eso me daría mas trabajo, un día derrepente me tomo el tiempo de ver la pagina que me habían hecho y me entero me habían puesto como una empresa de limpieza, cuando enrealida mi pequeña empresa se dedica a trabajos técnicos electricidad refrigeración plomería y pintura handyman, cuando llame para cancelar el servicio me dijeron no se me haria ninguno cobro, y solo lo cancele y cometieron el descaro de usurpar mi cuenta bancaria y sacar dinero cosa que nunca tuvieron hacer por el pésimo servicio que ofrecen, esta gente debería dedicarse a otra cosa no a vender publicidad.....
