"DONT DONT DONT bother with this…"

DONT DONT DONT bother with this company. They’re scams! I ordered my items on the 17th of August and it’s now the 13th of September and still no order. They had the cheek to say to me when I emailed to search the local post office. I’m sorry but I don’t think it’s my responsibility to chase orders you’ve apparently sent. I’ve cancelled my “subscription” cause are they hell taking more money off me. No way! Avoid avoid avoid!!!’

"Terrible company to deal with!"

I didnt receive my order at all. It came to the date that I should have received it according to my order email with nothing received so I emailed them.

I was told to wait a bit longer - I waited a bit longer and then the response was to check with the post office. Still nothing received so knotty knickers then requested my address and that's where the communication ended.
They had been responding to emails quickly so I then turned to social media where I was quickly blocked from contacting them.

I ended up getting a refund from my bank. I wish I had checked trustpilot first!

"FRAUD!"

FRAUD!! If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Never received any shipments from this company and have tried for months to get a refund. They continued to bill me every month with no packages received and have refused to refund after numerous emails sent. They owe me around 6 months worth of payments.

"Scam"

Shame I had no choice than to give this 1 star, should have a lower option.
Ordered 14 August and have not received my order. Emailed customer service one week ago with all of my information including name and address, their reply stated if you send us your address we’ll investigate and not to cancel as they need an active subscription to investigate. Waste of time! I’ve cancelled, I’d rather lose £9.99 than have these scammers continue to take money from me.
Please don’t waste your time ordering! If you try to add comments to social media they just delete them and remove option to comment - that’s why Facebook reviews look amazing!’ I’ve also reported them on Facebook for false advertising and I’d suggest we all do the same as this is where they are getting their trade from by manipulating the reviews.

"TRUST THE REVIEWS PEOPLE!!!"

so I've just received an email from Trust Pilot telling me this shambles of a company are now disputing my review 3 YEARS AFTER I WROTE IT!!! And it seems i'm not the only one this is happening to, something tells me thIs awful company are trying to get rid of the truthful reviews because people are wising up to their shoddy product.



I'm so annoyed with myself, i'm usually super cautious when it comes to purchasing anything from these online/social Media pushed websites, but for some (stupid) reason I didn't think to look up any potentially negative reviews on this company before I decided to proceed with a subscription........lesson learned!! My first subscription hasn't even arrived and after contacting their 'support' team, they asked ME to contact my local post office to chase it up!! Really??? How they expect me to do that is a mystery, given that they don't even provide you with a tracking number, am I supposed to ask my local post office to just look for a package with some knickers in it?? Obviously I responded that this wasn't acceptable and they should be investigating the lost package. Unsurprisingly I've not heard back, so I have now cancelled my subscription and requested an immediate refund, not that i'm holding out much hope on receiving one! I have also put a few negative comments on their Social Media posts which are continuously deleted, funny how they have someone on hand to attend to that so quickly, but not genuine customer complaints. Please trust the reviews ladies and DO NOT ORDER from this so called company, they are scam artists.

"I'm Glad I'm Not The Only One"

EDIT: October 27, 2023 -- TODAY I received an email from Trust Pilot asking for verification of my review, proof that I was actually a customer. THREE YEARS LATER Knotty Knickers decides to challenge my review, and I see I'm not alone.

I'm actually relieved to see so many negative reviews about this company and their products. I thought maybe there was something wrong with me.

PROS: Great diversity in advertising. From body shape to ethnicity to keeping things REAL (unphotoshopped) they do have a handle on what women want to see in advertising.

CONS: The underwear just isn't that great. I've had a subscription for three months, and most of the items I would never wear. Some are literally just pieces of mesh or lace sewn together with a gusset down the middle. I am a stay at home mom who needs practical underwear. I guess I am not their target market.

The first month I had unknowingly ordered the wrong size. When I contacted support, they offered me a "one time discount" of 50% off. It was extremely frustrating going back and forth with their support who could not explain to me WHY this 50% off was not being applied to my next month's subscription order. They wanted me to place ANOTHER ORDER, at which time I would receive 50% off. This makes no sense to me. Their thinking is that it would ship right away and I wouldn't have to wait another month for my items. My thinking is that I've already paid for an order I can't wear, and they want me to pay for another order to get the discount. That makes no sense to me, as a customer. Just apply it to my subscription.

I had ordered the Nice Package for both myself and my daughter. I indicated that we preferred bikini style and no lace. The first shipment (that didn't fit) was all lace underwear in a variety of styles. When I contacted them about the sizing, I also asked to check on whether the preferences had been noted. Yes they had.

Second shipment, ONE pair of underwear was a plain stretch-cotton fabric with no embellishments. The other two were mesh, and mesh and lace. These ones fit, but the bikini cut is so steep that it feels like underwear is going to ride up, and most of my backside is hanging out.

Third shipment, one pair is cotton with lace, and the other two are again, mesh and mesh with lace. One actually has a hole it in already (straight from the package) because the fabric is so delicate.

I cancelled my subscription after they charged me for the third shipment (I was too late). That was also an ordeal! Once I clicked I wanted to cancel, it gave me all kinds of options to NOT cancel (change my size, change number of items, change frequency of delivery) but when I chose No Thanks, the page just refreshed. I contacted support who told me I had to cancel on the website. It took me FOREVER to figure out that I had to SCROLL DOWN to actually find a Cancel Subscription button. Frustrating is an understatement.

I'm glad I found a KK trade/sell group on Facebook (Canada and US based) so that I can get rid of this stuff. Some people obviously love their products, but they are not for me at all.

"Never received my parcel"

Never received my parcel. They took the money from my bank straightaway and are now being difficult about refunding me the money. They reactivated my account without me knowing in order to open an investigation but have not heard anything from them since. Customer support is a waste of time, I have sent several emails trying to get my money back. Don't believe what you see on social media like I did, it's a complete scam.

"They blatantly lie about the materials-…"

Edit: In 2023 (several years later) they tried to challenge my review in an attempt to take it down, this is very shady, beware.

They blatantly lie about the materials- I ordered the cotton panty set and it is 95%Modal and 5% Spandex. None of the sets I've gotten previously were good quality and they do not listen to the requests.

"Liars and Thieves"

They sent the first package but while I paid for a 2nd, that was never received and they straight up LIED about talking to the USPS. I have emailed back and forth and there has been NO RESOLUTION. Save your money.
