"SCAM!!!!!!"
This subscription is terrible. I got it because of all the ads I was seeing on facebook and all of the "Good Reviews". It's false advertising.. you don't get what they say you're going to get. Terrible qualitity. Emailing their customer service is like talking to a wall. I think they have automated responses. Ive been trying to cancel my subscription for months. I had to delay the subscription (you can do this in settings) to stop them from charging my card. DO NOT PUT YOUR CARD DIRECTLY ON THIS SITE. I think i'm going to have to go to the bank and get a new one because i'm afraid they will continue charging it. I think i figured out how to cancel the subscription. You have to go to manage and then they give you a list of options as to why you're cancelling .. I selected "I have too many panties" and they give you a comment section and you can cancel your subscription. Thats what I did but Ive read stories of them re subscribing you without your consent so Im going to get a new debit card just in case.

Buyers beware!! Never received my order and dealing customer service has been an awful and painfully slow process. Still have not received a refund even though I've requested one 3 times!

They have been removing money from my acct since march. I have never received a thing from them. I have contacted them several times asking them to stop. I have contacted my bank and filed a dispute which has denied returning my money. I have filed my debit card stolen and yet they still are getting money from my account. I am in the process of closing my bank account. I cannot access my account on knotty knickers website it says my email address is not associated with the account. However it's the same email address they are emailing me at.

wish i could give this less stars this company is shocking and a scam!! Dont waste your money and time with it all them comments on FB are all positive because when you leave a negative comment they delete your comment and then block you from writing anymore i never received my order so I cancelled my subscription to then go back on my account a few days later too find they had reactivated my account again themselves SCAM please read these reviews before ordering i wish i did

"Terrible Terrible Terrible and awful"
Terrible. Don’t even go there. Awful cheap flimsy. One pair developed a hole within couple of hours of being worn. They won’t refund my first months subscription as I didn’t report the damage before they had been worn!? Cancelled the subscription - stay away. Designs not even nice, like they’d come out of a cheap novelty cracker.

"I wish I could leave a worse review"
I wish I could leave a worse review. I have been trying to contact this company about not receiving two packages. But it says on the website you can't cancel the account or they can't access previous activity. SCAM! I have been charged 3 times now and received nothing. I also can't get an email back, there is no phone number to call, and now they blocked me on facebook messenger when I was just trying to get answers, or my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

*UK order* I was stupid enough to purchase from this company even after reading the reviews. I ordered mt first set on August 15th, the maximum shipping and processing time elapsed and I was told to wait until September 2nd before an investigstion could be opened. I sent an email on September 2nd saying my order still wasn't here and they've sent me another one today telling me to wait until the 4th. Today is the 4th!
I'm contacting my credit card company to get a refund and I'm reporting them to trading standards. I've never experienced anything like this!

"Avoid, horrible underware"
The worst, and I mean the WORST underware I have ever purchased. I can get better on wish. How can you sell items this bad. And also took 3 weeks to get to me.. frayed, to big and horrible material. Also came in packaging that I would expect anthrax to arrive in. Horrible, don't do it.

"Very poor quality and customer service"
I purchased The “nice and naughty” subscription for myself a few months ago in size medium. The quality was very underwhelming, the first pair was too big and the second pair was too small lol. But the price was good and I decided to gift a second subscription to my friend for her birthday. The website is an an absolute joke. I added the second subscription and chose the gift for someone else option and then added her shipping address, assuming that my billing address would remain unchanged. The next thing I know, I’m getting emails addressed to my friend welcoming me to Knotty Knickers so I checked my account and sure enough my name had been changed and the billing address was now her address and the shipping address was mine ugh. I spent the entire afternoon trying to fix it and emailed them with no answer so I canceled both subscriptions and asked them to refund me for the new subscription to which I got a form letter stating that I couldn’t get a refund for an existing account (it had only been 3 hours since I added the second one) I made sure to cancel directly through PayPal, at least I’m only out $5.75. I strongly discourage anyone from ordering from this company!!
