Wish I would’ve seen these before!!! I was charged and never received my order!!! I have tried multiple times over the past three weeks to contact them, they won’t respond! They are crooks!!!

I have received 4 orders from them so far. When I joined they still allowed reviews and you could email in with your preferences. I emailed in to ask for no lace as I have sensitive skin.... i have received almost exclusively lace products since then. I went to cancel my subscription and that is when I found all their review options were gone from their site and Facebook and the extra charges in these reviews. I'm in the process of trying to ban them, through my bank, of withdrawing any more of my money.
Dont waste your time on them.

I didn’t receive my order. Customer service is non existent and they have a clause that if you cancel your subscription they can’t rectify any problems you have including refunds or whatever!! Huge scam

"Subscription Scam"
Customer service is horrible. They over charge for shipping which you see when you recieve the package and the price on the stanp. Also, they do not provide a tracking number for the package. The customer service tells you to wait 1 -2 weeks extra on a package delay..just in time for you to get charged again and not received another package! The post office isn't losing the packages and they are no delays in the mail system. I have been receiving other packages all over Canada and from the US in the correct estimated time and some packages are being recieved even earlier then estimated time... But not knotty knickers....HUGE SCAM!

If I could give them a negative I would!!!! They have taken money out of my account since January and I have received NOTHING I have contacted them by text several times with no help!!! I cancelled my subscription I was charged yet again!!!! Off to the bank I go to try and stop this theft!!!! And a call will be made to the Better Business Bureau!!!

"Worst Subscription Ever"
All 3 pairs that I received were badly made with the crotch sewn over (because that looks comfortable) and so many strings hanging off of them. They clearly were rushed and made poorly. I could have bought a nicer pair at Dollarama. They were the ugliest colors.

"Never received anything and the customer service sucked."
I was so excited to get my package from this company, I was charged and over a month later, never received anything but was charged a second time. When I asked for a refund since I never got anything, the answer was that they couldn't because it'd already been sent out... No, it wasn't. Then, when I got charged a second time, I wanted to cancel and still wanted a refund. They just forwarded my previous email to me. There was no understanding or any kind of apology that they have my money but I got nothing in return. I'm incredibly disappointed and super unhappy with them.
10/10 do not recommend. I'd go literally anywhere else.

I waited past the eta date I was emailed. Never got what I paid for, so I unsubscribed. When I asked customer service they all just refer you back to your original order email and say wait. There's never a tracking number so you don't even know where your items are. Complete loss.

"Horrible customer service"
It was okay for a while, though I requested no full lace panties, which they send every order anyway. I ordered a special Halloween pack and never received it. Took an entire month to get a refund and they said they’d send me a complimentary package, which I never received. I emailed them recently asking about it and also asking again for no full lace. All I got was an auto response. I emailed two more times. It’s been over a week now and they’re also ignoring me on fb messenger. Horrible customer service.
