The product feels like very cheap material and isn't comfortable at all. I had my hopes up but im going to cancel my subscription.

"Untrustworthy"
Had a terrible experience with customer service! Took 4 weeks for shipping instead of the 5-8 days. Customer service just repeatedly asked if I checked my mailbox and said they would launch an "investigation" with the post office.
I sent the above message in a DM, and was immediately blocked. Also posted a link to Trustpilot in a comment section and within 60 seconds it was removed. The Facebook page removes all negative reviews immediately. It's a very untrustworthy company.

"Terrible “customer service”"
So apparently when you have a complaint they just stop corresponding with you. I didn’t receive my package so I let them know. They sent an automated email that said the investigation should take 2-4 business day. I contacted them after 7 business days and all I got was the same automated email. Now they’re just not responding anymore. Absolutely horrible service. My fiancé wasn’t even upset about the quality, just the fact that they quit answering our emails. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time. You might get a few packages, but eventually there will be a problem and they won’t try and resolve it.

"Very unhappy ..no longer a customer"
If I could I would not give them even one star. They took payment from my account and I never received my items. Then the first time I did receive my purchase they said sense I was in the us it would cost more and they needed to charge me more. I was charged more money on top of what the cost was suppose to be. I would never recommend them to any one.

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
I'd give zero stars if possible. I received a pair of underwear with a red/brown stain on it. I immediately contacted customer service asking if I could send the pair back in exchange for an unstained pair. I provided pictures of the stained underwear as well. The only response I received is them asking me to resend the pictures. So I resend the pictures, their next response was them telling me I did not send pictures and they asked me to send pictures AGAIN. I have sent them FOUR emails now with pictures. I commented on their Facebook as well, hoping to get some help there and they completely ignored my comment. They only respond to you on Facebook if you leave a positive comment. At this point I'm sure I won't be receiving a new pair and plan on canceling my subscription. I would not recommend them to anyone! Not to mention the sizing of the underwear is way off, some pairs fit perfect and others were way too small. Don't waste your time or money.

"Horrible customer service"
I bought a bralette and they refused to refund me or send me a replacement and offered me 50% off of a new one. I deleted my subscription and they told me because of that they couldn't see past orders or anything related to my account and they blocked me on FB. And they said that I was supposed to let them know within 15 days of my order, except I hadn't even recieved it within 15 days... Sketchy company and sketchy product. Beware.

The quality of the product is subpar and in the time I was with them I had received wrong sizes, wrong product And product with color bleeding. The sizes are way off out of the 3 pairs I would receive a month all “Small” at least one would be way to big or way to small.

"No Customer Service, Blocks When You Have Issues"
This company treats people horribly and cares more about social media appearance than providing a quality service. This is why you’ll only see positive comments–they delete all negative ones. They’re a super dishonest brand and block you from messaging them if you have problems with your order.
I gave my preferences, and they sent me 3 pairs that were EXACTLY what I said I could not wear, despite having tons of great styles I would wear being advertised on their site! I shared my honest experience with polite language on their Facebook page, and they immediately took it down and blocked me when I messaged asking for a partial refund.
Check their reviews on Trustpilot, as well. This is a horrible company. Transparency matters, and deleting comments shows their priorities. They only cared about taking my money and not helping with anything afterwards.
You are much better off going to Target or another big box store because they will at least try to work with you and provide customer service if something happens with your product.
