"Don't expect the ring quickly or trust their delivery dates."

I ordered a ring two months ago and was given a delivery date. The day of the delivery it was postponed a month due to quality assurance concerns. I let it pass. It's covid. Things happen. Two days before the delivery date I reached out to their support team and asked for a status update. They said everything was scheduled on time. Day of delivery - I reach out again and they said it should be there tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and I get an update that it will be moved out another month. Don't trust this company to do the right thing. Don't rely on them to ship things on time or tell you when it will actually be delivered. If you want a ring on time use one of their competitors or whomever they are sourcing the rings from to begin with and cut out the middle-person. The service people were very friendly during the process. You can tell that their bosses are making all of the money per usual and that their hands are tied. Go buy somewhere else so that they have more competition and can learn how to run a business.

The purchase was easy, the support team members Kat & Carissa went above and beyond to help with the questions the interactions were informative and felt like real life conversation which is a big plus.

The order came with UPS Express well packaged and on time.

"I don't get this company"

I don't get this company. I ordered some gold necklaces from them in the past and the quality was low for the price paid. They seem to have a nice website and have been in business for a long time, but beware, their prices are very high. You can get a better deal elsewhere.

"My son purchased his fiancé an…"

My son purchased his fiancé an engagement ring on 12 month interest free financing. He consistently made on time payments and paid his final payment before the due date. The online payment system had a different payoff amount. He paid 1900 dollars to pay it off but Blue Nile stated he owed 2050 even though Easy pay system showed a different amount. Called customer service and they stated they would not help him. He was charge 1625 dollars in interest for not paying his ring in full and all he was told was he can file a dispute. Horrible experience

"Tired to give them another chance and the same thing happened."

I wrote a review on July 20th about receiving a damaged ring. Instead of offering to replace it, they sent it in to be fixed and sent me the same damaged ring. I ultimately returned the ring. I decided to give the company another try and made another purchase a week ago. To my surprise, it was another damaged ring. The bottom was discolored and the shape of the ring was not round. I reached out to customer service and they offered to fix the ring instead of sending me a new one. Super super disappointed. I spoke to Chris from customer service who said the jewelry team will determine if it should be fixed or if I should get a new ring. By purchasing from them, I expected a new ring- not a damaged ring that will be fixed. This is the second time it’s happened to me. I wanted to give them another chance but I think I will never purchase from them again.

"Perfect special gift"

These lovely gold dangly earrings were a holiday gift for a teenager, and they were a big hit. The earrings are delicate but strong, stylish, and classic. As always, the purchase was packed carefully and shipped out quickly. We have been Blue Nile customers for more than ten years and plan to continue shopping with you regularly.
