They were late on delivering one of my orders and shipped another to the wrong location that also delayed a time critical delivery.

I bought a pair of small white gold hoop earrings for my daughter, and they arrived immediately. (I didn't pay extra for expedite shipping, so I was impressed.) The earrings were beautiful and I had no issues. . . until one started falling off. I had to remind my daughter to press it in repeatedly. One day we were at a park, and it fell off, and we couldn't find it. So that was a lot of money down the drain b/c the earrings were not cheap. Quite disappointed. Had we not lost it, it would have been 5 stars.

Excellent customer service! I did a terrible job sizing my ring and had to return it twice to Blue Nile. The second time, it was past the return date but they made an exception as I was out of the country for our wedding. In addition, the price of the ring was cheaper than when I first purchased it, and the refunded the difference between the two prices. I was so surprised! The engraving was excellent as well
