The "Lightbox" earrings sparkle and look great on my friend. She was pleased. The three strand pearl necklace was nice as well. I have been buying from blue Nile for over 12+ years. Mine and my husbands wedding rings, anniversary bands, Valentine’s Day presents, Mother’s Day presents, etc. I have never had a bad experience. They are always thoughtful and helpful if I need to call and talk. They even helped out my nieces fiancée buy an engagement ring. The quality is always superb and I haven’t found a place yet that can beat their diamond prices. The only bad thing I would say is I liked it better when everything was online and we didn’t have to pay sales tax. It was a huge bonus and savings allowing you to spend more on product not taxes. I don’t think brick and mortar stores are required for BlueNile to be successful.
