I lost my simple but wonderful wedding ring of 32 years last fall while walking in the snow. I just wanted the exact same ring and could not find it until I went on Blue Nile. It went on sale just before Christmas but waited hoping I'd still get a reply from my next door lost and found request - which never came. When it went back on sale before Valentines Day I bought it. I was shocked and delighted it arrived the next morning! Thank you Blue Nile for having my 18 karat gold trio rolling ring, putting it on sale and for the speedy delivery. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

"The worst experience In my life"
I can’t believe Blue Nile would actually prompt me to write a review after the heinous experience and lackluster customer service I endured.
I saved for months to buy a stone to eventually have set on a ring. After spending over $1700 on a diamond, Blue Nile had the ring delivered to my building without a request for signature. The package was left outside of my NYC apartment building.. to no surprise it was stolen.
I reached out to Blue Nile assuming that they would replace the stone or simply refund me so that I could buy another. This would be at no cost to them, as their packages are insured.
I was met with hostility and sheer disregard with each customer service person I spoke with. They completely downplayed how I felt- and even after expressing that as a Black Queer person, a diamond is not just some every day purchase- this was a huge deal for me. The customer service rep closed out the case and basically told me that it’s not on them.
Please do not give your money to this company

Great experience! Very easy to order, exact details and Authentic certification. First order was an tailor made engagement ring. Got exactly what I wanted and sooner than anticipated. Second order, wedding bands. Ordered on a Thursday afternoon at 4pm and received them the next day at 11am (1 ring needed to be engraved as well). Great service!
