"Never received my order and not receiving refund!"

I ordered an engagement ring on Nov 29th. It was supposed to be delivered on Dec 23rd but delivery got delayed til Dec 29th. On Dec 29th, the package got delivered to an incorrect address. I reached out via chat and was told that UPS will complete an investigation and I will receive a follow within a day or two which didn’t happened. I reached again via chat on the Dec 31st and was told the same thing. On Jan 6th, I reached again via chat and this time I’m asking for a refund as I’ve had enough waiting without resolution. However, the agent named Chrislyn said she can’t processed refund until the investigation is complete. In the meantime, I don’t have my money back and they’re making it difficult for me to receive my money. Chrislyn told me again to wait and I will receive a follow up which I don’t think it will happen! I think I gave them enough chance to resolve the issue. I believe it’s fair to ask for a refund when they can’t deliver a service. I no longer want the ring as it ruined all my plans. I guess this time I will have a file a complaint. If anyone is reading this, please stay away to this company. They can’t deliver a service and customer service sucks!

"BlueNile WAS once my favorite not anymore"

BlueNile WAS once my favorite and trusted jewler. But they are not the same now. I ordered a ring that is super fragile and one little diamond was missing within 90 days after normal wear. Contacted the customer service 4 times, they said they are not responsible for repair and I should not wear it daily and there's a disclaimer hidden in the product description that I should have read carefully and known they are not responsible for repair or resize; and, I should have only worn them on a special occasion!!!

Since the customer service is NOT responsible for this ring repair or anything to fix it or refund the ring, I would not recommend you purchase this "Diamond Zig-Zag Stackable Fashion Ring"
It is a total loss for me for sure. Also, the customer service is not as helpful and kind as it used to be - I wonder if the management team has been changed.

Now I have to search for another jeweler after ten years of good faith with BlueNile.

The two stars are for the sake of the past good experience, for now, it would be zero stars.

"NOT a lifetime guarantee!"

I've had my engagement ring for six years or so and the diamond fell out recently. Blue Nile has a "lifetime guarantee" that basically means nothing. They took my ring for inspection and then told me it's not repairable but they can melt down the platinum and charge me $749 for a new setting. Don't be fooled by promises that are empty. They determine whether the problem is a manufacturing defect or "normal wear and tear" which isn't covered-- in what world is a wedding ring supposed to only last 6 years? I don't even have any prongs-- it's bezel set. There's all kinds of "prong" disclaimers, but I don't have those. Clearly there was no intention of offering anything but a sales pitch.

"Blue Nile sells cheap jewelry!"

Blue Nile will not stand behind their product!!! Do not buy from them!! My bracelet from them was too cheaply made to repair and BLUE NILE SENT IT BACK SAYING TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX IT!

"Item came and was dirty"

Item came and was dirty, clearly not brand new condition. Unfortunately too late for me to start a return of the item. Disappointing that they are sending out jewellery that is not in mint condition.

"Lovely Classic Engagement Ring"

I purchased the ring online and received assistance on the phone. It was quick and helpful. We love the ring and it is better than I imagined. It earned a hard yes from the fiancé.

"Shopping on the internet has consequences"

So I purchased a beautiful engagement ring last year 11-2020 and had to return it due to sizing. It took about a month to get it back and my fiance was none too happy. It was a good deal I thought so I bought the 'so called' matching eternity wedding band that the online support picked out as a match. When placed the ring on her finger the day of the wedding it wasn't even the same size as the engagement ring or the same diamond pattern. Very disappointing. My wife will not give up the ring to send it back no matter what, so she just wears it. The ring doesn't even match. It's pretty embarrassing and I will not be buying stuff online ever again. You sacrifice the in person customer service experience for 15%.

"I have a problem"

I have a problem, because, you don´t accept a international mayor credits card, you have a on line store, but dont give a solutions, for pay. I dont belive in playpal, because is very expensive, when you need to pay in international visa credit card.
You can do, something for make a better solution, for example taker more time, to make a secure sell.
In may case my son have a US credit card, and needs to change my credit card for him. but this was my solution, but i´ll never think to buy again with Blue Nile.
The product its nice and quality, but service is poor.
