Constant delays, ridiculous. 3 orders and I'm done with them. Same thing every time. Last order was 3 weeks delayed, got a notification every other day that it will Ship in 2 days. Bs. Get your stuff together bluenile.

Got our wedding bands from here. Their customer service from Ireland is fantastic. Really professional, friendly and helpful. I had to return my rings twice in order to get a band in the right size. The whole process was brilliant from BlueNile.
Only problem was their delivery partner - UPS, which was utterly unreliable and the only reason putting me off using BlueNile again.
Our bands look fantastic. BlueNile offers very good value for money.

Been a long time fan of Blue Nile for many reasons but the top would be Quality, Convenience, and Service. From engagement ring 15 years ago to replacing a diamond earring water skiing we've always had pleasurable experiences. Quality is unrivaled and if you don't like how it looks when you receive it you can send it back. Never been the case for us but nice to know when you are buying online unseen.

I have never been so impressed with a company. Blue Nile went above and beyond to help me buy my Fiancé's engagement ring and get it delivered to me half way around the world while we were travelling on the road. A truly fantastic experience and I could not recommend them enough.

"Ring was not solid"
When I took the ring to a jewelers to be resized we were informed that the ring itself was hollow, and so couldn't be modified.
I have never heard of a hollow ring before and I don't believe it is common. It is not mentioned in any of the sales material.
Sadly we had to remount the diamond in another ring of the correct size.
Fortunately the diamond itself was completely as described.

"Poor customer service …"
Very satisfied with my engagement purchase. But my overall customer service experience was terrible. I was initially offered a payment plan, and was told I could make changes if need be in the future. Well that was not the case. I was told that I could not make a change when I tried to and after speaking with numerous service reps. I was told no changes will be made. I will not be a customer no longer, nor will I recommend blue nile to any family or friends. My advice, buy at your own risk.

"Took too long to get a credit for my return."
I returned the ear rings because the quality of the ruby stones was not great. It was impossible to determine in advance on the website what the quality of the stones would be, so I don't feel that I was deceived. Considering the size I think the price was fair
My only gripe is that it took longer than I think it should have to get a credit on my credit card. Compared to a local retail to whom I returned a piece of jewelry, Blue Nile took several days longer to issue a credit on my credit card, and that doesn't include the time required to ship the ear rings back to Blue Nile, nor the time it took them to inspect and verify the return, i.e. on an apples-to-apple basis, Blue Nile seemed to hold onto my money longer than they should have.
Al in all though, I give Blue Nile high marks for the quality, convenience and value that they offer.

I have purchased several rings and have been very happy. Love the floating diamond rings. Warning if you need to have a floating diamond ring repaired. A sapphire fell out of my ring and I had a local jeweler repair it. They replaced the sapphire but then put prongs on all the stones without my permission thinking they were making it more stable. Ruined the look of the ring. Recently purchased 2 carat diamond studs. Diamonds are beautiful but setting is not as flush as I would like it, and the backings are very difficult to secure. Someone with even slightly arthritic hands would have a very difficult time to put on. With that being said, Blue Nile customer service is great and returns are easy.

I have bought several pieces from Blue Nile, and I have been very satisfied with every purchase. I’m back on their website looking because my wife just lost her 5 diamond anniversary ring that I bought in 2006 while doing the Thanksgiving dishes and running the disposal. She is heartbroken. She really loved that ring.
