I was referred to Blue Nile through a friend that highly recommended them and I have to say the whole process of choosing a stone and setting was so easy with their website. I could see a close up 3d view of each stone and compare them. When the ring came I was more than happy with my choice and she has even commented how it shines so much brighter than much more expensive rings her friends have. Overall very satisfied, I'll definitely be making another purchase.

Blue Nile is beyond amazing. I had 7 personal phone call interactions with them in selecting the perfect ring that my wife had waited 18 years for. I took 7 months to make the decision. I took the major 2 carat VVS1 diamond I purchased to a certified appraiser and he was blown away by the flawlessness of the stone. Between her new big 2 carat stone and the other 25 diamonds on the new wedding band and engagement band, my wife was stunned because all of this was a surprise where I flew her to Vegas to renew our wedding vows. Blue Diamond is a first class organization was products of the highest standard. The appraised value of the ring is thousands more than I would have paid going to a pure retail jeweler with all that markup due to brand name. Blue Diamond is a great company in a world where so few companies even try to excel at customer service. Thankyou Blue Diamond for giving my wife a "magic moment of love" in her life. "Placed an order for two rings at the…"

Placed an order for two rings at the end of September as a birthday gift for my aunt. Unfortunately, I ordered one size too big and needed to do an exchange. Blue Nile assured me it would be a seamless process, they placed my exchange and the rings would be on their way…

Come DECEMBER and the rings have still not arrived. When I followed up with the company, they had no idea why it was delayed and opened an “investigation”. Was I ever given an explanation? No. Am I still waiting on the rings? Yes.

It’s a little embarrassing on my end telling my aunt that I’m still waiting on her gift. Just an unfortunate experience all around.

My ruby/diamonds earrings are exquisite and I have received many compliments on them. I did have to interact with BN Customer Service and I have to say they ROCK!!!! Very satisfied with the quality and cost of my purchase and appreciated the updates on progress of my order. I needed the item for a particular date and although I ordered more three weeks in advance I was a little disappointed that this could not be met even though I was prepared to pay a premium. In every other respect this was very good.
18/12/21 update
To clarify, delivery was by the date Blue Nile promised but they could not deliver by the date I needed. There was no failing on their part - I should have ordered earlier!
