I love my studs however failed to inquire if they had a screw post. The backs to these are very small and trying to squeeze them onto the posts is difficult. A person with limitated finger dexterity (arthritis or RH) would find them difficult if not impossible. I also requested a couple extra backs that were promised to be sent but never received.

I have been a customer of Blue Nile for many years. It is the first place I look when I am buying jewelry for my wife. Since the pandemic, I have been buying mostly earrings and necklaces, since they are what shows the most on Zoom sessions. Blue Nile has a great assortment and my wife has always been happy with the gifts.

in Platinum (1 ct. tw.). For our 10th anniversary. It is so beautiful. The diamonds are good quality. I looked around and found the Blue Nile to have the ring I was looking for.

Your customer service "team" gave my son and his fiance the run around as well as spoke down to them. This is on top of the shoddy product and abysmal service.*****
I have purchased items from Blue Nile. When my son was purchasing an engagement ring I suggested Blue Nile. Boy oh Boy is this a decision I deeply regret.
My son, with the help of Blue Nile, purchased a ring for $15,000+. Blue Nile gave "guidance" regarding the diamond and the setting. Within in 3 weeks of receiving the ring there was an issue with the stone as a result of the very poor setting. The ring was returned to Blue Nile. It sat with Blue Nile for over 4 weeks while they gave my son the run around. They finally returned the diamond only and refunded the setting. My son is taking the diamond to a reputable local jeweler who is working very hard to create a beautiful setting that will support and protect the diamond.
Blue Nile provided an exceptionally disappointing experience in what I would consider a high end purchase.
We will never shop with Blue Nile ever again nor will we recommend them to anyone.

I have never dealt with a company that offers such amazing Customer Service. Super speedy response from purchase to the return of my necklace as I felt the chain was a bit dull looking. Their UPS delivery is next day from Ireland which is amazing. Every person who responded to me via email couldn't have been more helpful, I received both a text and email every step of the process and the telephone support from Henar was just amazing. Well done Blue Nile. I will defo be buying from you again!

I'm really surprised at the bad reviews. I had a great experience choosing a diamond with help from a Blue Nile rep. (and we went through a few visual inspections before finding the right one), got a great price, and my girlfriend is happy. All good!

"If I could rate them a zero I would"
If I could rate them a zero I would. This is the worst place I have ever dealt with trying to get my merchandise or a call back with legitimate help. They have had my money since the middle of December but I still do not have my ring. The original ring took forever for me to get and it was too small. I sent it back and they took forever to mail the replacement and I still have not gotten it or a call back with a solution. And they always blame Fed Ex and of course Fed Ex says it is Blue Nile. They have cost me One too many head aches. They are the only company I have ever had an issue getting packages from, and trust me UPS and Fed EX delivers to my house daily.
