The 30 day return policy and free resizing also helped ease my anxiety about guessing a size for her. I had a setting in mind and after speaking to a representative to ask some questions, she talked me out of it and into a solitaire setting. She loved it.

One note: I would love to see more educational material about products (where specifically that diamond came from or benefits/costs to each setting, or diamond shape. I really liked reading the material you do have. I would recommend bluenile.

Blue Nile IT team needs to do something to lock down cookies and site data though. The ring I purchased was plastered on every single sites ad space, which makes it very hard to hide from your to be fiancé.
