Purchased a diamond engagement ring in December.

The good-the ring is beautiful and an independent jeweler appraised is much higher in value than what I had purchased it for. The diamond was an exact match to the appraisal and rating system

The bad-The ring took approximately 3 weeks longer than I was originally told. That was frustrating but it did not mess with the timing of the present

"Worst return experience ever"

The only good thing are the prices. Propably I woulndn't mind if not the return issues for the first ring.
It took two calls and I to give up and chose their service for £20 (this doesn't include insurance... you have to insure the parcel by yourself).

Ring worth £125 cost about £22 to return. As there is no depo in UK parcel has to go to Ireland. 4 copies of invoices, international tracking etc.
Suggested insurance via ups was another problem as it didn't go through in any browser I have. Soo much hastle to send a single cheap ring back.
Really disapointed
