Purchased a two-carat ring and the sales rep was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. She took the time to meet all of my needs.

"Mismatched set"

I received a mismatched set of earnings. Customer service insisted that I send them a picture and then insisted that they can't do anything until they have their gemologist inspect them.
I asked if we could exchange for a matching set and they wouldn't commit to that.
I asked to return them and they said "let us do an exchange" but the said they can't actually commit to exchanging them.

I ended up filing a return which was a giant nightmare. I really wish they cared more about quality and customer service, both are incredibly lacking.

Amazing experience! I got my husband's wedding band from them and they kept me in the loop the entire time. The customer service was so helpful, stayed on the phone with me the entire team and even got the engraving right. When we received it, it was small on him but we didn't have enough time to exchange it in time for the ceremony. So they suggested I buy a new one and return the old one and I got all my money back! And I even got the new one at a lower price ;) Great products, great service, great price, great experience!

Helped my Dad order an eternity ring (kind of last minute) for my parents 40th anniversary. I picked a popular one, French Pave eternity ring in 14K yellow gold. I thought the price was fair. It got to me THE NEXT DAY. It's a lovely ring! I can't speak for buying an engagement ring or solitaire stone but for a band/eternity/anniversary ring, it was great for me.

Customer service was unhelpful. had to speak to different people every time I called and had to repeat my issue every time. I was informed a ticket would be placed per my issue. if a ticket was placed, my complaints should have been documented there. if your reasoning for choosing blue nile is because it is more affordable, take my advice and go with the more expensive option. I ended up purchasing my wedding band and brilliant earth instead and so happy that I did.
