If you want to be haunted after whats supposed to be your special day choose blue nile.They scammed me into paying more money. I told them to set up my payments for one year so I didn't get charged intrest and they didn't. So of course they charged me more money in intrest. When I called they told me to pay off balance so I wouldn't accumulate more intrest but of course it did anyway. Poor customer service and will never go through them. Also will never recommend. They refuse to take responsibility for poor business decisions.

I was absolutely delighted with my diamond purchased from Blue Nile. It is exquisite. I have quite a few diamonds in various pieces of jewellery and some loose stones. However my Blue Nile diamond is by far the best. Beautiful cut and sparkle. The only drawback about purchasing from Blue Nile was the wait for delivery. Took quite a few weeks but well worth the wait. Will definitely recommend to others and will purchase from them again.

"Expensive, complex and time consuming returns.a…"
It took three calls and several emails to try to arrange a return. I said I would use Royal Mail international tracked, but the agent said they would not accept that or it would be at my risk. I felt pressured by threats of customs hold ups, unless I chose their favoured couriers UPS or Fed Ex. I caved in and agreed to use their service for £20 ( the email of instructions said it would be £40!!) This doesn't include insurance; you have to insure the parcel through their recommended company Parcelpro. This alone was complicated and technically tricky to navigate, including a request for a "shipment payment" - no mention of insurance on their site! Ring worth £250 weighing 150g cost about £22 to return. I then had to have 6 copies of some customs declaration to give to the courier- not everyone has a printer at home! So much stress and hastle to send a single ring back. I have never experienced such a frustrating, time consuming, expensive and complicated returns process . Absolutely dreadful. Blue Nile's website should have a loud and clear warning-DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU THINK YOU MAY NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM!

We bought an engagement ring online and with the purchase you are to receive an authenticity certificate of the diamond an appraisal. We talked to Serah in customer service and got the runaround and still have not received anything yet! No one should ever buy from Blue Nile, it's a scam and the ownership are completely unprofessional!!

They are the best thing to ever happen to forgetful husbands. They always have gorgeous jewelry, and every single order is usually shipped almost immediately and received in quick order. Fantastic shopping experience, every..single..time.

The ring itself seems to be great. I ordered in advance for a proposal to happen in the bahamas on a trip. The date to arrive was well in advance. Blue Nile missed it, repeatedly pushed it back, and I ended up having no ring for the trip. Good product and the support person was great. The outcome created some serious disappointment.

The first order I placed were 2 pieces of jewelry but I was disappointed because they were small compared to what I imagined it would be. But I was happy with the return policy and how smooth and easy it was. The next time I ordered was a bracelet and it was finely made and it's so beautiful I can't stop looking at it 😍 Dealing with Blue Nile is easy, efficient and worry free. Their jewelries are finely made. I just hope there are more styles available.
