"I am extremely unhappy"

I am extremely dissatisfied with both the company and the product, and I'll explain why. I ordered the Marslander almost a year ago. The only positive aspect of the experience was the shipping time. However, upon arrival, the plexiglass case came in three pieces, requiring me to glue it together myself. Despite living in Germany, I didn't find this particularly upsetting, considering the distance involved in shipping.

Initially, the Mars Lander performed consistently at around 260 GH/s for the first few weeks, which I was pleased with. However, suddenly and inexplicably, its mining speed dropped drastically to a range of only 0.1255 GH/s to a maximum of 15 GH/s but 95% of the time below 5 GH/S. After a few days of frustration, I contacted customer support for assistance. They suggested I test different locations in my house to rule out a bad Wi-Fi connection. I tried numerous spots, including right next to my router, and even at my brother's and sister's houses, but to no avail.

In anticipation of potential fan issues, I had purchased an additional fan along with the Mars Lander. Despite changing the fan, the problem persisted. At this point, I was extremely dissatisfied and requested a refund for the first time. The support team proposed testing updated software, which I agreed to. However, I encountered difficulties downloading the software from the provided Google Drive link, adding to my frustration. Eventually, I resorted to using the old software. Despite requesting a refund three times, I received no refund.

To compound matters, my files became corrupted after relocating the device. I reached out to support once more for the updated software but received no response. In the end, I ended up paying approximately $700, including high shipping fees and import charges from customs authorities, for a device that functioned properly for only about four weeks.

I hope this review remains visible, and I am granted a refund. I cannot in good conscience recommend this device or company to anyone.
I would agree on shipping it back to them for investigations if they pay for the shipping.

My order was placed on December 24, 2023 and at the time of writing this it is now March 19th 2024. That's a full 3 months that have passed. I've called on numerous occasions and been given the same line that they will speak the the shipping team and CEO. To this day they have not provided a date for delivery. This is unacceptable and I demand that this be resolved immediately.
