Update: sir it's very entertaining watching you weave a false narrative. A quick search of Google will show many customers back in December 2023 where waiting for orders for the v2 lander.This was not a new issue. There is an email chain between Bitcoin Merch and myself when Bitcoin Merch representative stated that they will add the 3 to 6 week disclaimer after my complaint. With a quick Google search you can find Ads that you are currently running for the out of stock lander stating a 3 to 6 days shipping. Bitcoin Merch held 435.00 hostage for 22 days with zero explanation as to why, only after I reached out to you did you let me know of the backlog. You are currently still taking orders for the Mars Lander v2 that you can't fulfill. I will go as far as I need to to make sure a company like yours does not continue to profit from bad practices

On March 20, 2024, I made a purchase through BitcoinMerch's website, with transaction number 38970, for a Mars Lander V2 solo miner, for which I paid a total of 435.44. At the time of purchase, your website boldly claimed a delivery period of 3-7 days, a promise that has proven to be nothing but a sham. An attempt at false advertisement, and bait and switch.

As of April 9, 2024, I have not received any notification regarding the shipment or delivery of my order. Despite numerous attempts to contact BitcoinMerch's customer service team via phone calls and emails, I have encountered nothing but empty promises and excuses. The response I received, merely stating that my concern would be addressed by updating the website, is not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful to consumers like myself.

To compound matters, on April 9, 2024, I discovered that BitcoinMerch's website surreptitiously added a disclaimer stating a 3-6 week delay for the Mars Lander V2 solo miner, conveniently after my purchase and subsequent complaint. This retroactive attempt to mask BitcoinMerch's failure only serves to highlight its lack of integrity and disregard for consumer satisfaction.

I demand immediate action to rectify this egregious situation. Firstly, I insist on a full refund of the 435.44 I paid for the Mars Lander V2 solo miner. Secondly, I expect the Mars Lander V2 solo miner to be promptly shipped to me without further delay. BitcoinMerch's flagrant disregard for transparency and basic customer service standards is intolerable and will not be tolerated.

I anticipate a prompt response to this letter, outlining the concrete steps you intend to take to address my concerns and fulfill my demands. Failure to do so will leave me with no option but to take further action against BitcoinMerch.
