I've had great support with products in the past. Even had a minor, inexpensive replacement parts sent to me free of charge that had cosmetic defects. Last occurrence was with a miner that stopped working. I couldn't find help anywhere else, but found someone here to get to the bottom of it. Thank you Sam. Who tried some simple solutions where I was otherwise stuck on and the miner would have otherwise just sat unused and collected dust. Now it's back to humming along.

"Possible SCAM, be careful!!"

Number of my order: #38670 (Mars Landers V2) I placed an order on March 9, On May 9th (2 months complete delay) they sent me an email to upgrade to an improved version, shortening shipping times by 1-2 weeks. I did it and paid to speed up the whole process. Today is almost June 1 (3 months complete delay), if I don't receive the product soon I will go to my bank along with a police report to request a full refund.

I purchased a Marslander V2 miner back in February of 2024, but could not get the device to work. I reached out to support and that when i started working with Zeeshan. He worked with me and his team to ensure that i was very satisfied with the device and the support provided to me. Though i had issues getting the device to work, the issues was on my end all along. After months of back and forth and even a meeting with the CEO Idan, i was able to determine that my Asus router was the problem.

I just want to take this time to say a big thank you to Zeeshan and team for their patience and for promptly responding to my many questions. Thank you again. Highly recommended.

I order the Mars Lander at the end of April. The week it was suppose to arrive, I get an email saying it’s on backlog and asking me to upgrade to a Copmac A1 and that my order would be expedited in 1-2 weeks. Instead of getting the Copmac A1, I decided to upgrade to a Bitmain Antminer S9K. After sending a message this week asking for a tracking number, they replied by saying they will send the tracking number once my order shipped this week. Now they are telling me it will take 2-4 weeks, beginning to think this is a scam so, I will personally go visit their office with local law enforcement this week to investigate what is going on and either get my money back or my device.

"USB Hub problem"

After one full year of flawless mining I had an issue with my USB hub. I contacted the support team and they asked me to send it back so that they technicians could check it and try to find the problem. With my surprise a new one was shipped to me and I am back up and running. The USB could not support the power needed by my sticks because of an hardware issues. I cannot thank Bitcoin Merch team enough for the great support. I will definitely come back and by more hardware as soon as possible. it is very nice to know that you stand behind your products and are ready to help when needed. Thank you again guys Fabio

If u get something that does not work you have to send it back and u will just get 70% off what its worth. You also have to pay shipping and all thoe cost for it to send it.
