Worst customer service ever! I have waited patiently for months for my order that I have not received. Once I emailed support I was told I could pay extra and get an upgrade but still have to wait which I didn’t want or take. Then at a later date I emailed them again asking if my order had been shipped yet and was told I need to wait even longer because they didn’t have stock. Now I have asked for a full refund and to cancel my order but they can’t even do that in a straight forward fashion like any other business! I don’t know if it is just me or this is some scam. Avoid at all costs!
