Ordered product. Took almost a week for them to ship it. Before they even shipped it I emailed them and asked them to cancel. 2hrs after I sent the email I got a notification saying a label was created emailed them again with no response till 5 hrs after the first email was sent. Responded with “sorry we read your email to late it’s already shipped” even on there site it’s says top tier customer support Aka email. Yea sorry 5hrs response time isn’t A tier.
