after getting an email 3 days later that the item is out of stock I requested that if the item in question wasn't able to be delivered by Friday would need a refund
its the end of workday Monday and the item still hasn't even been sent to the post office for shipping I should have just used a reliable vendor on amazon I could have had 3 or 4 by now they seem so be more about making money than having a positive interaction with the customer they should have been honest and jsut given me a refund

i bought the complete kit with everything you need to start mining bitcoin. when i opened my package i had found that the box that was supposed to have the Raspberry PI controller only had the power cord, the controller was missing. when i contacted then to find out what to do, they responded very fast and after a few pictures they were shipping me the missing controller. they were very professional and speedy. thank you very much

I got the t-shirts ordered and they look fine, the packaging was solid and kept my stuff safe. My only complaint is it took "forever" to receive the package (40+ days). This is not Bitcoin Merchs fault, however it is worth keeping in mind, especially for non-US residents such as myself.

Ordered two ASIC miners from them. Unfortunately they both arrived damaged. A refund has now been given. They are being helpful now offering to send replacement part for the miners to possibly get them going. Which is very much appreciated. Hopefully they can be fixed. Possibly give them another try if the miners can be repaired.
