Special efforts from the VOIP and Data team, pulling in a wide range of staff at M247, but in particular Craig Rathbone, Tim Rathbone, Nick Grayson and Rob Boardman. As a team they really helped in pushing this over the line. I had almost daily contact with Craig and he was calm and methodical and worked with the wider team to resolve our issues. Our porting in wasn't particular complex but there were challenges, however the team kept on top of them and got us over the line. The escalations team did exactly what what it says on the tin and dealt with anything that came there way.

"Billing / Support staff non existant"
I was a customer for over a decade, at first it was brilliant - if you had a problem the customer services were available and quick to fix, but it's gone steadily downhill. The services themselves were fine but getting hold of support was harder and harder - tickets would sit for days, weeks and in one case months without being answered.
The final straw was needing a SSL certificate renewed which needed a support tech to action... it didn't happen... I ended up moving companies as a faster fix than waiting for support to deal with it.
Another example - business email was down for four days because they were having trouble with thirdy party spam filter... again I was at the point I was going to move that service elsewhere as a fix and told them so... at which point they suggested turning off the filter which resolved it instantly - four days of business interuption because no one thought to do that earlier.
When the services worked it was great and the staff are friendly enough, but I have absolutely no trust that if there is a problem I'd be able to reach support and get it resolved.
Billing is worse than tech support. They raised a duplicate invoice in 2022 and dispite several conversations they still haven't managed to remove it from the account so regularly chase me for unpaid invoices... then added a fee for not allowing them to direct debit (which if I did they would be taking the incorrect payments). When I left they tried to claim there was a 3 month notice period. They can't find a copy of my contract... but sent me a blank one and assured me that would have been the terms I signed. (I didn't, they brought out the company I was orginally with and never changed terms).
I'm still in dicussions with billing, it takes weeks for a reply and every email they send starts with an apology for the delay. Here are the dates of the email chain to show I'm not exagerating.

23/07 - still waiting for a reply...
I don't usually write negative reviews, but it's getting ridiculous.
