"The quality of the product is superb"

The quality of the product is superb. I have had many projects printed by Mixam , all using the 300mm x 300mm hard cover product. No-one else on the internet offers the number of options for printing e.g. size, paper type, ribbon, head & tails, and paperweight etc. etc. The text and colour images are sharp and there is no fading of ink. Ordering online or just getting a quote is very easy. My only slight criticism is that if the expected delivery date is delayed for some reason although an email is sent advising of the new expected delivery date (usually one week later), no explanation is given e.g. due to workload, equipment being relocated. No doubt this is due to the automated system. On the plus side, they respond very quickly to messages sent including at a weekend. Overall Mixam are excellent and I would certainly use them again.

Good communication, accurate proof document. Delivery felt a little slow as estimated lead time increased a couple of times whilst waiting for order.

I have been using Mixam for years and they have never let me down yet. Sure there has been a few issues over the years, but they care, they genuinly care and do anything to rectify the problem. Its a shame all business don't treat thier customers the way they do. I have printed Hardback book, leaflets, paperback books and all sorts!

I have been using Mixam for some time for much of our company printed materials.
The online ordering portal is simple to use and the delivery dates given are usually met - it not you get warning of delays.
I use them mainly for printed product instructions which are black and white. I also get some colour items printed and but there can be some colour variance between print runs. For the type of items I print this is not an issue vs. cost saving but you need to be aware.
