Edit - the company upgraded the shipping to next day and that might just squeak in the delivery on time so I am upping the review to 4 stars as they did try to make it better
Actual printing quality is OK most of the time but the delivery times do tend to slip with a concerning regularity.

Good quality just DHL said since no one was home, so they took it back. It was on side of my bin where it has been snowing and 2 got destroyed and one water damaged. I would like my money back on those please.

I printed my magazines with Mixam. The process was smooth and not complicated at all! They even reached out to me to notify me of a potential issue and made a suggestion for me to fix it. The quality is amazing, the colours are well pigmented and the paper quality is top notch. I’m super happy with the outcome and will be printing future magazines and other projects with them.

"Faulty books sent out late and awful customer service"
The books were intended as Christmas Gifts for family and friends, but then Mixam didn’t deliver by the agreed delivery date. Only when I called them did they explain their binding machine had broken. When they were eventually delivered way after Christmas the bindings weren’t correct and the pages started to fall out. Only after multiple phone calls and videos of the faulty books sent to them did they eventually reprint them all and send out a new set nearly a month after the agreed delivery date. Despite incurring multiple expenses including postage costs Mixam refused to offer any refund on the total cost paid.
Absolutely awful product and customer service.
Do not use this company.

"Sketchy company, severe delays, awful communication "
I ordered on this website and was told it would come about 10 days later but didn’t arrive for a month. This company has very poor communication as I tried reaching them several times about my order and got no response or a poor response many days later. I thought I was being scammed after a while and never received any apology for the severe delay. If you want to track your parcel and know where it is don’t use this company as they don’t tell you. The front covers page was a bit sketchy looking and the colours were faded. The website is not easy to figure out or use. Awful communication would not recommend to anyone, but thankful I actually received my order as I thought I would never

I have had excellent service and quality from Mixam for several book orders. Their website and design templates are easy to navigate and make setting up the book design very easy. Customer service is first class, even though I only place small orders. Any problems have been easily sorted out. The printed books look fantastic. How they do it for such a reasonable cost is a mystery!

Terrible service, always an excuse why an order is late. Very bad customer service, put an order through and they wait 2 weeks to even start it, no idea how they guys operate.

Unable to change font size without starting over again, difficult to understand how to resolve problems. Phoned twice to sort out problems a man was very helpful, but the lady didn't know how to resolve the problem. Good service spoilt by confusing software.
