I’m extremely disappointed with Mixam’s service. I needed my order for today, but due to delays caused by in-house issues, it wasn’t ready as promised. Despite me being willing to go all the way to their warehouse to collect it, their slow internal communication led them to send it to the shipping company instead, making it impossible for me to get it on time. This is the second time I’ve experienced delivery problems with them, and it’s unacceptable for a company I trusted to print my work. I expected much better organization and customer service.
Hopefully they can improve but it’s been absolutely awful for me!

"Very good quality for the price "
When I ordered my photozine here, I didn’t have any expectations for the results as it was the first time I’d get my pictures printed in a zine. Well, the results was beyond what I could have hoped for ! I’m really happy with the quality of the paper and colours. My order arrived right on time at home. The app on the website to build the photozine was easy to use. I’d definitely come back here the next time I need to print something !

"Great customer service and quality prints "
Mixam had exceptional customer service and whenever I had a problem they were very attentive and responsive. The customer service team worked incredibly hard to ensure that the problem was resolved, which it certainly was. They truly went above and beyond.
The reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is because it took a couple of attempts to resolve the printing issue. I appreciate this was out of the customer service teams hands and they probably were just as frustrated as me.
I think Mixam really needs to focus on ensuring on the quality of control checks are further tightened to stop banding/printing issues from making it to the customer. (Maybe this was partly due to Christmas high demands and backlog?) They offer an amazing service and when there are no printing issues the quality was absolutely fantastic. Please don’t let yourselves down on something very avoidable!!!

"Absolutely perfect service"
Everything was so simple from uploading my files, using the template to mock up the booklet, completing the order and recieving them.
I'm really impressed with the speed of production and delivery. I think from ordering to delivery was 10 days. Other printers were talking about 3 to 5 weeks.
Then the quality of the print was top notch and finally the price was right. I will be using Mixam again as I cannot find any fault with their service in fact 5 stars does not seem enough.
